Membership FAQs
How can I become a member of Tennis Club Kordin?
Becoming a member is easy! You can fill out the membership application form on our Membership page or visit the Club’s office. We offer various membership plans to suit individual and family needs. Once you fill out your details, you can send an email with your filled form to tck@tennisclubkordin.com. You can settle the payment at the Club office.

As a member, you gain access to exclusive facilities, priority booking for courts (through our online booking system), discounted tournament fees, and social events.

How do I book a tennis court?
Courts can be booked through our online booking system, available solely to Club members. Priority is given to members, especially during peak hours.

Q: Can non-members book a tennis court?
Guests are not allowed to reserve tennis courts online. They must contact the TCK Committee (tck@tennisclubkordin.com) to book the court, subject to availability.
Tournament FAQs
How can I participate in tournaments at Tennis Club Kordin?
To participate in our tournaments, preferably, you are a registered member. However, guests are also welcome to join. Registration details and tournament schedules are available on our Tournaments page. Non-members are required to pay an extra entry fee, depending on the event.

What type of tournaments are held at Tennis Club Kordin?
We host various types of tournaments, including singles, doubles, junior, and mixed events, catering to all levels from beginners to advanced players. We also host Team Tournaments, where Teams of various players will go head to head against one another to play and win as a team. Please refer to our Tournaments Calendar for the upcoming events.
Coaching FAQs
Does Tennis Club Kordin offer tennis coaching?
Yes, tennis coaching is offered for all skill levels. This is done via our partnership with Esther’s Tennis School. Here, experienced coaches provide individual lessons, group sessions, and specialised training programs for both juniors and adults. You can find more details on our Coaching page.

How do I book a coaching session?
To book a coaching session, please contact the Head Coach of the school via email (info@estherstennis.com) or via Facebook, @Esther's Tennis School.
Facilities FAQs
Are there shower facilities?
Yes, we offer modern changing rooms with showers for both men and women. These are accessible for Club Members who can use these facilities free of charge.
Does Tennis Club Kordin offer parking?
Yes, we have a spacious parking lot available for members and guests. Parking is free for all.
Does the club offer tennis equipment rentals?
No, we do not offer equipment rentals. All equipment, including rackets and balls, must be catered for by both members and guests. You can purchase equipment at the TCK office, including tennis balls, overgrips and other consumables.
Weather & Court Conditions
Does Tennis Club Kordin have a weather station?
Yes, we have an on-site weather station that provides up-to-date weather conditions, including temperature, humidity, and wind speed. You can also check to see if it has rained in the past hours. You can check the live updates here.

How do weather conditions affect court availability?
In the event of rain or extreme weather conditions, we may temporarily close outdoor courts for safety reasons. Updates will be posted on our Facebook page, and members will receive notifications.

How do I know if my match or session is cancelled due to weather?
If weather conditions cause delays or cancellations, members and guests will be notified through the club’s messaging system or by phone. You can also check our social media for real-time updates.
General Club Information
Can I bring guests to the club?
Members are welcome to bring guests to Tennis Club Kordin. A member can bring a total of 3 guests three times per year. The guest will then need to pay the membership fee to make future use of the Club’s facilities. These guests have to be people who have never made use of the Club’s facilities.
Does the club offer food and beverages?
Yes, our on-site clubhouse offers a variety of snacks, meals, and beverages.
What is the club’s dress code?
We require all members and guests to wear appropriate tennis attire when using the courts. Non-marking tennis shoes are also required on all courts to preserve the playing surfaces.
